Disrepair claims – be cautious of door knockers
We’ve recently been made aware of individuals visiting homes unannounced, encouraging residents to make disrepair claims against Raven. These people may falsely claim to be from a charity, “from housing”, or say they have a legal team. They might ask you to sign documents promising compensation or repairs.
