Damp, mould and preventing condensation

We're committed to helping you deal with issues of damp and mould in your home. When mould grows it’s the biggest indicator that you have a problem with condensation in your home. Cost of living crisis

We know many of you are worried about paying your rent and bills, especially with the increase in energy prices and the cost of living.

We want to reassure you that no one will be evicted from their home as a result of financial hardship, this is as long as you continue to talk to us and accept the support offered. Legal action is only taken as a last resort where we are unable to come to an affordable payment arrangement and we will always try to discuss this with you before taking action.
