Sparta Homes
We have a new partnership with Sparta Homes Ltd, based in Slough, who develop houses and flats for the rental market. Our first project for this group is the installation of solar panels and heat pumps at two new-build properties in Maidenhead. Both installations will be tied into the build schedule and completed at different times.
The solar panels will be connected to a remote monitoring system, enabling access to real-time data, providing information on how much electricity is being generated.
The scheme aims to provide more a affordable and energy-efficient living environment for residents. By installing solar panels and heat pumps together, we optimise energy savings for residents, cutting the amount of electricity they have to buy, whilst reducing the carbon footprint of the properties.
Installing cutting-edge technology such as this to harness sustainable energy sources will make a huge difference to the people who move into these homes, helping to keep their household bills low at a time when many people are struggling to cope with spiralling energy costs.
Reg Pangali, Director of Sparta Homes, said:
“We are really pleased to be working with Raven Renewables on this project to improve the energy efficiency of these new homes. With current energy prices so high, and set to increase again in April next year, our investment in renewable technologies will mean the new homeowners will have much lower energy bills.”

Property Experts
We are working with land and development property specialists, Property Experts, to fit high efficiency solar panels on its properties.
Founded in 2000 by Bruce Burkitt, Property Experts specialises in sourcing and buying residential, commercial and investment developments and land for clients and its own portfolio. The company has successfully completed over 900 transactions to date across London and the Home Counties.
Now it is looking to maximise energy efficiency of its buildings and reduce carbon emissions..
Bruce Burkitt, Managing Director at Property Experts, said:
“This will help reduce the amount of electricity our property owner will need to buy from the grid. We know that it is important to consider all aspects of a property when looking to maximise energy efficiencies and reduce carbon emissions, and where better to start than the roof.”
Raven Renewables successfully completed its first project for Property Experts in Horley – the installation of solar panels on the roof of a three-storey commercial building to help reduce energy costs and comply with planning requirements.
The solar PV system is projected to generate 1,136kWh per year, with up to 219 kgC02e/pa carbon emissions savings. The installation also includes a remote monitoring system that will provide real-time data specifying how much energy is being created.
We were delighted to have carried out this important work for Property Experts and contributed to their net zero plans.
