Delta House and Bungalows, Horley

We’re working with PDP Architecture to develop designs for new homes to be built on the Delta site in Horley. Due to the age and type of building, Delta House and bungalows are no longer able to meet the demands for modern living. The proposal is to replace the existing flats and bungalows, with 45 new affordable homes for rent and shared ownership.

The new homes will be built to the latest building standards. By incorporating low carbon technologies in the new development we will create homes that are warmer, more cost effective to heat and live in – homes that are affordable, better for the environment and fit for the future.
