Performance results for homeowner satisfaction isn’t covered under The Regulator for Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which is the way tenant satisfaction is collected and recorded.

We take the views of all our customers very seriously and that’s why we choose to collect satisfaction performance from shared-owners and leaseholders and publish here on our website.

The figures below are for the 2023-24 financial year.
