Gas, central heating or hot water repairs
If you have a repair relating to gas, your central heating or hot water, please contact our gas contractor Sureserve Compliance (formerly known as Gas Call Services) on 0330 002 1169.
Our repairs promise to you
It’s important to us that you have a safe and secure place to call home and that you trust us to keep your home well maintained in partnership with you.
- We’ll maintain the structure and exterior of your home.
- We’ll provide guidance on how to use fittings in your home and how to access our services when needed.
- We’ll take care of repairs we’re responsible for, such as fixing or replacing fixtures and fittings.
- We’ll keep shared areas like entrances, hallways, stairways, lifts, and other communal spaces in good condition.
- Where we’re responsible, we’ll ensure that utilities like water, gas, electricity, and heating systems work properly.
- We’ll also carry out larger improvement projects, including work inside homes, shared areas, and external repairs as part of our Major Works programme. These big projects may take a little longer due to legal requirements.
- We’ll follow all laws and regulations from The Regulator of Social Housing.

How do I give feedback on a repair?
We take pride in our work and always aim for the highest standards. We hope you are satisfied too, but if you aren’t for any reason then we welcome your feedback. We will use this to learn and make improvements.
We carry out quality checks on a random selection of repairs. After the repair or improvement work, we (or an approved contractor working on our behalf) may phone or SMS text to ask how happy you are with the work carried out.
