Communal cleaning
We want you to feel proud of your home and understand that it extends further than its four walls.
We take pride in keeping your communal hallways, stairs, doors and windows clean. This is the entrance into your home and we want it to feel as welcoming as your home itself.
If you live in a block of flats where customers pay a service charge then we will clean the communal areas every week and the internal and external windows every month. Please note – this does not include individual windows in flats.
If you live in a block of flats that does not receive this service, you can request it and if you all agree with the service charge we will be happy to provide it.
We also carry out litter picking, bin and bike area cleaning, graffiti removal, communal carpet cleaning and jet washing when required.
