Fly tipping, rubbish, littering and graffiti
We care about keeping our neighbourhoods looking good and clean, for everyone to enjoy.
Our neighbourhood wardens check all communal bin areas to ensure the correct rubbish is being placed in the correct bin. The wardens can liaise with local councils to redesign and improve bin areas but issues relating to missed bin collections and the frequency of collections are the local council’s responsibility.
The wardens will investigate fly tipping and if this happens on Raven land they will arrange for its removal. If they find out where the fly tipping has come from they will recharge for its removal. If we are unable to find out who is misusing the bins and warnings have been issued, we reserve the right to recharge the whole block for the rubbish to be removed.
The cleaning team will remove any graffiti from buildings owned by us.
You can report any issues of fly tipping, rubbish or graffiti through the MyRaven customer portal.

Working as a community to tackle littering – get involved
We’re very lucky to have some passionate community groups in our area who regularly go out litter picking and they’re looking for more volunteers to join their efforts:
